This Sunday, Worcester City Women bought the FA Women’s National League to Malvern. playing their home fixture at the picturesque Malvern Town Football Club. They left sharing the points against league leaders Loughborough Lightning thanks to a goal scored by the captain Jess Fassnidge.

In a tense match against Boldmere St. Michaels, Worcester City Women were unlucky to come away from The Amber Arena and Community Stadium without points to their name.

Worcester City Women faced a challenging test in their second match of the year, taking on a well-structured Leafield Athletic side. Despite their efforts, City suffered a 3-0 defeat in a game where they struggled to break through Leafield's solid defence.

Worcester City Women’s first game of 2025 saw a thrilling 7-0 win with City’s captain, Jess Fassnidge getting herself a hattrick, goals from Holly Rogers, Leah Ritson, Keeley Crew and Olivia Mitcham as well as two new faces making their debut in Evie Billingsley and Jasmin Springer.
